Konnyaku Restaurant

Konnyaku Restaurant is an omni restaurant in Carbondale serving Pacific Fusion food with Hawaiian influences. There is a separate vegan menu. Highlights include the Wakame Konnyaku Salad (marinated wakame seaweed with fresh konnyaku), Island of Golden Curry (very mild Japanese curry, Maui sweet onion, carrots, soy beans and squash, black peppers, choice of jasmine rice, udon noodles or Pad Thai noodles) and various sushi rolls.
