CO is 'designed to be a place for gathering', with a wide variety of dishes on the menu. Vegan and gluten-free options mean there’s something for everyone, so it's a great choice when dining out with a large, mixed group.
Vegan dishes are not marked as such on the menu so you'll need to double check when ordering, but some excellent-sounding dishes look to be vegan-friendly - the Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi for example. Tofu is also a protein choice for all of the 'Wok Noodles & Rice' dishes (just check for egg and fish sauce in the dressings and sauces) and 'Small 'dishes like the Mango Summer Rolls and the Crispy Edamame Spring Rolls should also be safe.
