Bangkok Happy Bowl

Bangkok Happy Bowl is an omni Thai restaurant chain in Colorado with a separate vegan menu. The Vegan Lover menu has six main dish options, such as ginger jay tofu (stir fried tofu with fresh ginger and mixed vegetables cooked in a yellow bean sauce) and Panang jay curry (medium thick red curry with fresh veggies and kaffir lime leaves). In addition, the majority of dishes on the main menu can be served with tofu instead of meat to make them vegan. Some of the sushi items may also be vegan – please check with your server.
