Pac Thai serves authentic dishes made from fresh and local ingredients, the majority of the produce coming from their own backyard (when in season). Everything is made-to-order so any of their dishes can be made to your liking. More than 90% of their menu is made up of gluten-free and vegan options. Dishes include spicy noodle soup, summer rolls, papaya salad, cashew nut tofu stir-fry, pineapple fried rice, and a selection of curries.
