Café Capricho

At Café Capricho their approach is a fusion of Nuevo Latino and American dishes with an emphasis on fresh and natural ingredients. They toast and rehydrate dried peppers to make their sauces; slowly simmering to create a thick savory sauce, without any thickening ingredients like flour. They don't use lard or bacon fat in their beans and their homemade salad dressings are vegan and gluten free.
