Olga and Danny at Pushkin's Bakery guarantee that their baked goods, which are always wheat/gluten and dairy free, will never come in contact with any of those ingredients whilst in their facility. There are many vegan cakes on offer, with regularly changing flavors such as the Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Cupcake, and the Blueberry Muffin. There is a sandwich menu until 6pm (NB some items on the sandwich menu contain dairy) but there are plenty of vegan sandwiches such as the Noble Tofu.
