Krimsey's Cajun Kitchen was founded by a Louisiana native (Krimsey) and opened on Mardi Gras of 2017. Their menu features a carefully crafted menu of made-from-scratch southern dishes such as Okra Gumbo, Veggie Etouffee, Cajun Jambalaya, Hushpuppies, Louisiana Cornbread, and French Quarter Beignets. The top seller is their famous New Orleans Poboy which comes on fluffy French Sourdough bread – piled with seasoned and battered hearts of palm, shredded lettuce, crunchy dill pickles, fresh-sliced tomatoes, and our homemade creamy Tabasco mayo. The kitchen is 100% vegan and soy-free (and mostly nut-free) to better serve those with allergies. They also offer several gluten-free dishes such as Veggie Etouffee, Dill Potato Salad, Corn & Potato Chowder, Southern Collard Greens, and Pecan Pralines.
