At Cielito Lindo Mexican Gastronomy, Chef Ramiro Alarcon prepares appetizers, soups, entrees, sauces, side dishes, desserts and aguas frescas (fresh fruit juices), which all have particular flavors, aromas and colors from regional ancestral traditions in Mexico. There is a small selection of vegan dishes, including Vegetarian Enchiladas and Azteca Budin.
