SunCafe is a cozy restaurant serving organic, vegan, and raw food cuisines. Everything is produced from scratch using fresh, unprocessed ingredients. They make several different nut and seed cheeses in-house as well as their mayo and vegan butter. They have received lots of awards, including being among the 10 Best Restaurants in Los Angeles (OpenTable), the Best Restaurant in Studio City (Foursquare, Opentable, Yelp), Best Raw Food Restaurant in LA (#3 in the world) (BestOfRaw.net) and Most Sustainable Restaurant in LA (Sustainable Business Council).
They serve lunch and dinner, and brunch on weekends. Popular dishes include a mint shamrock shake, gluten-free pesto pizza, raw lettuce tacos, baked lasagna, kale colossus salad, tempeh burger, shepherd's pie, raw cookie dough pie, key lime pie and almond butter cheesecake. They have several gluten-free options, as well as all of their desserts being gluten-free.
