First established on Seabright Avenue on the east side of Santa Cruz, The Bagelry has been serving up the area's favorite bagels for more than 35 years. Shops in downtown Santa Cruz and Soquel Village were added in the 1980s, and the menu grew to include a wide array of bagel spreads, bagel sandwich choices, creative soups (always vegetarian, with non dairy options) and cookies. You can also get coffee, house made chai and a large selection of juices. There is a whole vegan section on the menu - try the Tofu Tom or Bell Pepper Cashew bagel sandwiches.
