Skopelos at New World is a fine dining restaurant at a historic boutique hotel serving Gulf Coast cuisine with a Greek twist. They have lunch, dinner, and mezze menus as well as a Sunday brunch. They have introduced several exciting vegan dishes, which include an eggplant BLT, a tofu scramble bowl, a mushroom reuben with smoked gouda, an Impossible burger, and grilled cauliflower steak with citrus risotto.
