Salata is an omni health-food café chain serving organic tea, lemonade, customizable salads, soup and wraps. There are 50 different toppings and 10 house-made dressings available, many of which are vegan. Vegan proteins include tofu, falafel and quinoa and veggies include black beans, strawberries, snow peas, almonds kale and banana peppers.
