Enlightened Café has an emphasis on healthy foods: everything is organic, locally sourced when possible, and non-GMO. There are many vegan options (some of them gluten-free) on the menu. These include, for example, vegan apple pancakes, vegan caesar salad, and build-your-own bowls and wraps. There is also a large selection of fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty lattes.
Enlightened Café is part of the Enlightened Solutions recovery center. The café donates 100% of the profit towards scholarships for those who cannot afford treatment.
