Hachi Ramen is a small counter service ramen bar serving ramen, bao, poke, sushi, salads, cold pressed cocktails and juices. They source organic vegetables from local farms that are in season, to preserve the flavors of the ingredients at their peak.
They clearly mark vegan and gluten-free options on their menu. Vegan options include potato croquette buns, mizuna spring salad, avocado rolls, garden poke bowls, curried fried rice and yasai ramen.
