Organic Sandwich Company is an omni sandwich shop in Boulder and Louisville, with vegan options. There are two vegan sandwiches, the chickpea and avocado (house-made chickpea salad (chickpeas, cilantro, lime, olive oil), avocado, tomato, cucumber, on French country loaf) and the beetnik (roasted red and gold beets, house-made almond feta, arugula, on a pretzel loaf). Seasonal, local and organic produce is used whenever possible. Gluten-free bread is available.
