XYST is an all-vegan, Mediterranean inspired cuisine created by Matthew Kenney and his team in New York.They offer aesthetically pleasing foods, as well as nutritious and innovative dish creations. They make their own 'cheeses' from tree nuts, cashews and more. They have meze options, such as smoked eggplant dolmas, beet manti and pink lentil kibbeh. Other options include vegetables with a variety of dips, spices and herbs, falafel and kale polenta. They also offer desserts, including baklava and a chocolate cake.
