Phantom Canyon Brewing Company is Colorado Springs' oldest brewery. Located in the historic Cheyenne building, built in 1901, Phantom Canyon offers award-winning craft beer and an extensive food menu. There are two vegan options on the main menu - the Vegan Green Chilli Soup and the Vegan Shepherds Pie, and the Breakfast Burrito on the brunch menu can be modified to make it vegan.
