The Living Tree Live Foods Salad Bar opened in December of 2016 with a mission to bring healthy, organic, cultured foods to the community. They live on the principle "let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" - Hippocrates. Vegan options include the Vegan Sweet Potato Chili and the Raw Vegan Snickers Bar.
