Wahaca, Covent Garden

Wahaca has vibrant décor and vibrant food. The idea behind Wahaca sprang from the desire to bring the colourful flavours of Mexico over to the UK. They constantly look to Mexico for inspiration for new dishes, while also using fresh, seasonal ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. One of their goals is to balance healthy eating with hearty eating and these days they have a special vegan menu and a special gluten-free menu. There are vegan nibbles, small dishes, large dishes and even a dessert.
