Die Pie serves Neopolitan-style pizza and much more, all made from plant-based, organic and ethical ingredients. Their menu clearly marks dishes that contain soy or gluten and they offer gluten-free dough. Dishes include kale caesar salad with sunflower parmesan, crispy chickpeas and king oyster bacon, lobster and scallop chowder, tuna melts, chick'n burgers, and chocolate banana pizza. Their pizzas include pulled pork with cashew mozzarella, black garlic and truffle with hemp havarti, and buffalo chick'n with raw gorgonzola.
