Langano Skies offers authentic Ethiopian cuisine featuring lots of gluten-free and vegan options. They also host a vegetarian dinner buffet every last Tuesday of the month that includes many vegan options. Their injeera bread is not gluten-free but can be substituted for rice on any dish. Vegan choices may include several vegetable wot (stews) containing ingredients such as red lentils, roasted ground peas, carrots, potatoes and cabbage.
