Urban Herbivore, Eaton Centre

Urban Herbivore is a vegan café with a focus on sustainability and natural whole foods. They use organic and local produce whenever possible and their salad bar changes due to seasonal availability. Much of their menu is gluten-free and 100% peanut-free. Their biodegradable takeout packaging and materials are 100% petroleum free and made from corn or sugarcane.

Their dishes include BBQ tofu sandwiches, sweet chili chick'n and avocado sandwiches, bowls of greens, grains or both, Moroccan stew, coconut curry, cupcakes and cookies. They also serve a small selection of smoothies and juices.
