The first Pickleman’s opened in October 2005 in Columbia, MO. In January 2008 the second Pickleman’s was opened. Today, Pickleman’s has 24 locations and counting, in Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arizona. All the locations offer a wide variety of toasted sandwiches, pizzas, soups, salads and desserts, with delivery options too. The Lentil Chili is vegan, and the Veggie Sandwich can be veganized with the omission of cheese and mayo. All of the salads are made to order and can be veganized with the omission of cheese and meat. There are several vegan salad dressings available.
