Villa Serena's peacefulness, harmony and elegance invite relaxation and rest; the pristine tropical setting offers exploration and adventure. Their restaurant offers two menus; a modern and cross-cultural menu, oriented mainly on fresh and organic products, made by Chef Rigerma Laureano del Bois; and the "Art of Raw" menu, elaborately vegan and without cooking, made by chef Darko Juric from Croatia.
The "Art of Raw" menu is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner and includes dishes such as super smoothies, chia pudding with fresh fruit, norimaki, spaghetti alfredo with capers, mixed vegetables with avocado and algae mousse, and chocolate mousse cake.
