Mu'ooz Eritrean Restaurant & Catering is a not-for-profit social enterprise aiming to employ, give work experience to and train refugee African women. They cater well for dietary requirements and offer vegan and gluten-free options. They also hold a vegan cooking class every month. Vegan dishes may include kantisha mushroom stew, brusn red lentils, sautéed pumpkin and alicha vegetable stew.
