plnthouse is located at the stunning sustainable 1 hotel & homes, South Beach, and serves plant-based cuisine developed by chef, Matthew Kenney. The breezy café's indoor/outdoor aesthetic is designed to compliment the beach vibe of the property and features a menu of whole, healthful items that will complement the environmentally conscious. The menu includes cold pressed juices and smoothies, a wide range of both raw and cooked vegan dishes, desserts, and a full wine and cocktail menu built from craft liquors and fresh juices, herbs and local fruits.
Seasonal dishes have included French lentil pate, heart of palm ceviche, sunflower caesar salad, zucchini noodle bowls, reuben sandwiches, beet and mushroom burgers, banana cream pie, and pineapple cardamom parfait.
