At Nixtaco they want to open people’s eyes, and palates, to a whole new take on Mexican food.

The menu is simple, like that of a real street taqueria in Mexico. There is a vegan menu featuring five tacos - Avocado Explosion, Grilled Mushrooms, Potato Taco, Spicy Tofu, and Taco de Elote.

    Awesome food and owner is really nice. They have a separate vegan menu with 4 unique options and sometimes have extra specials. Their corn tortillas are awesome and I don't usually like corn tortillas. I also really appreciate that they have committed to not offering single use plastic straws. Your non vegan friends can also enjoy their unique non-vegan items which I hear are, like the vegan ones, very good.
