Located in historic downtown Sheboygan on the shores of Lake Michigan, Greece é Spoon opened in May 2015, fuelled by the success of their food truck Gyros2Go. The food is reflective of what owner Greg grew up eating in a Greek/American home and his mother and grandmother are always around to make sure the dishes are on point. The falafel is marked vegan on the menu, and there are regular vegan specials such as lentil salad or couscous salad.
