Chopt Salad is a chain salad restaurant with a range of salads and bowls to choose from. They offer the 'Mexicali Vegan' from the light range. From the bold salad section, there are the 'Spicy Cashew Soba Noodles'. If these are not of interest, it is also possible to create your own salad bowl, with a variety of greens, choppings, grains, nuts, and 'protein' such as falafel and tofu. Catering is available at all locations.
