Hiro Poke Co offers a set menu of three bowls, one being the Forest Park, which is a vegan and gluten-free bowl containing brown rice and tofu. Diners can also build their own bowl by choosing a base (white rice, brown rice or salad), tofu, vegetables and fruits to mix in, sauces and garnishes.
