French Broad Chocolate Lounge is a family-owned dessert restaurant filled with all manner of delicious desserts, creative confections, and drinks (including beers and wines). The family bought a abandoned cacao farm in Costa Rica back in 2004 and are passionate about cacao farming. Sustainability runs through their whole business, from using reclaimed building materials to sharing their cacao shell mulch with local farmers and gardeners.
They offer vegan and gluten-free choices too. Vegan items include chocolate snickerdoodle cookies, and cold sipping chocolate.
