Paradis began whipping up fresh and tasty ice cream in 2000 at its first café located in Nørregade, Århus, Denmark, eventually growing to 50 stores all over Denmark. The Montrose, CA café opened in 2009 and now they have 10 cafés in Los Angeles. They make vegan ice creams and sorbets every day, with flavors such as Amerena Chip, Horchata, Double Almond Chip and Coconut Lemon Swirl.
