Chef de Cuisine at Salt, Richard Laughlin, is redefining contemporary American cuisine with his philosophy of “making something so familiar, taste so different.” Chef Laughlin’s innovative ideas, contemporary techniques, and integration of salts from around the world have worked together to create the Salt menu. There is a small vegan menu featuring dishes such as Chilled Avocado Soup and Marinated Tofu.
