Mister Nice Guy's Bakeshop was Melbourne's first vegan bakery. The bakery specialises in vegan, kosher, sugar- and gluten-free baked goods and deli sandwiches. In addition to everything being vegan, it is also – naturally – cochineal- & gelatine-free and certified kosher, with soy-free, corn-free, fructose-free, and low-GI options also available.
