Sababa at the Sun Center serves authentic Isreali cuisine at affordable prices. There are many vegan and gluten-free options on the menu that are clearly marked as such. For example, there are falafel, salads, bamia (sautéed okra in tomato sauce over rice or couscous), vegan shawarma, and more. Vegan baklava and bamba are available for dessert.
