V-Grits in the Paradise District is Louisville's first fully vegan brewpub, born out of a partnership between V-Grits Food Co. and False Idol Independent Brewers. Southern-style vegan comfort food – such as mac & cheese, hot sandwiches, or fried mushroom wings – are on the menu. However, there are also a couple of raw-vegan dishes on offer: raw pad thai and raw zucchini lasagne.
