The motorway service station Rosenberger - which is also easily accessible from the south via the "Obere Kanalstraße" on foot or by bicycle - now has a delicious vegan burger made from lentils on offer. In combination with caramelized red onions, fresh rocket salad, spicy BBQ sauce, cucumbers and tomatoes the burger is a pleasure. There is also a good salad buffet, antipasti and some other purely vegetable dishes.
