Besides yoga, meditation and workshops Sync Ok offers breakfast, like vegan smoothie bowl or banana bread as well as a variety of cakes and sweet pastries like muffins. You can have a light lunch there as well. The menu, for example, features hummus with grilled vegetables, zucchini salad or burger with black beans. Most of the dishes and cakes are vegan and gluten-free.
