The Royal Imbiss (near the "Bregenzer Ach" bridge in the direction to Hard) now also offers vegan food: vegan Döner or Dürüm with seitan, tzaziki, beetroot & ginger, curcuma sauce, as well as falafel dishes, vegetable pizza (also with vegan cheese) and fresh salads.
The "Vegan Bio Döner" is a vegetable based on cereals from local, certified organic cultivation. Without artificial glutamate, it provides a lot of vegetable protein, has little carbohydrates & fat and is almost cholesterol-free.
