Die kleene Aubergine is a small restaurant at the Marheineke-Markthalle. The international fusion cuisine is vegan-vegetarian. The extra vegan and extra vegetarian menus change daily and comprise about two salads and three to six main dishes. Additionally, there are several herb "butters" and chutneys - plus dessert. All dishes are prepared by the owner himself.
