The Café @ The Great Britain Centre

Friendly staff and excellent menu. Lots of vegan and vegetarian food to try. I had the peace falafel salad and they prepared my son a childs portion of lentil lasagne. Lovely selection of soft drinks, vegan beers and wines. Also on the menu were a pick and mix salad bowl, sweet potato curry with cashew and canellini burger. We didn't try any sweets so can't comment but there was a big jar of chocolate and nut energy bites on the counter. Comprehensive selection of hotels drinks and given the assortment of plant-based milks on display I imagine all can be veganised. Finally, the focus is on local and there is local bread and coffee to buy as well as a selection of vegan packaged cheese and sausages etc. Very impressed ando will be returning soon.
