There is nothing vegan on the menu but they can adapt dishes to be suitable. The head chef has an excellent knowledge of the vegan diet and given advance notice can come up with exciting options such as a ‘Vegan feast’ (pictured) of stuffed peppers with couscous, homemade hummus, Cajun potato wedges, polenta, sautéed mushrooms & walnuts and poppadom crisps or risotto with peppers, courgette & wild mushrooms with asparagus and sweet potato wedges.
