The pub makes sure there are always two vegan options on the vegetarian board at any given time, usually a curry and a pie. The pie lids are vegan friendly. There are 5 specials that are suitable and as long as vegans give 24 hours advance notice any one of them can be prepared. If advance notice is not given there will still be two vegan choices available. The suitable dishes are broccoli & roasted fennel pie, East meets West pie (western veg in an oriental sauce), hot & spicy bean & veg pie, chickpea curry and mushroom & chanda dhal curry.
