The restaurant can come up with exceptional vegan food. The staff are amazing and genuinely happy to cook for vegans. They can adapt the seasonal menu to provide suitable dishes. The example pictured below is a saffron risotto cake. This was served with a side of purple sprouting broccoli and salsa verde. Vegan visitors to the Hardwick have informed us they can provide a lovely meal without prior notice but it is still probably better to book ahead and request a vegan meal.
