The pizza dough is dairy free, so any of the pizzas can be made vegan, without cheese. If you take in your own vegan cheese in they will prepare a pizza with it, if you give them at least 24 hours notice. The home-made pasta contains egg but they do stock excellent quality dried pasta, which is egg-free, so there are suitable pasta options available. The risotto usually contains chicken stock but they are happy to cook one with vegetable stock, given 15 minutes notice. They generally have a vegan option of the daily soup but it would be best to let them know, at the time of booking, that you are vegan to be sure. All items in the "stuzzichini" section of the menu are suitable for vegans. The gnocchi contains egg and is not vegan. They are happy to accommodate any other requests you may have, given a day's notice, to allow them to order the items needed. A popular destination for local vegans.
