Boston Tea Party Alfred Street

Oh Boston Tea Party, so good we visited twice. On our first visit we had drinks only but the place is open and airy and light and the staff are super friendly. I had a blueberry smoothie which was sublime. We came back for breakfast the next morning and had the vegan breakfast (not the boss version, the slightly smaller one). If we hadn’t had the amazing breakfast in The Green Rocket we would have been blown away by this one; a fairer comparison would probably be the Boss version although TGR is more homemade than BTP. That said it’s still a great breakfast. I also had a breakfast smoothie which was exceptionally good. Throw in some hibiscus tea (great to have loose tea not a bag) and it was a winner. Staff are great, the food is great, the atmosphere is good. You can’t really go wrong, so visit and see for yourself.

I love the BTP Alfred Street location- it's huge, bright and airy, and ideal for meetings or for leisurely chats. Plenty of vegan options including delicious chocolate coconut flapjacks.
