    I work in Salford and often go to Deli Lama on my lunch as a Friday treat. They do really good vegan sausage toasties, salads, soups and sometimes the specials are vegan too. In the evenings they do burgers - I had a smoked tofu and aubergine one, it was delicious! Really nice atmosphere and the couple that run it are very friendly.
