Waterloo Tea has opened a second store at The Washington in Penarth. It offers teas with many organic and FairTrade options, coffees, cakes, baked upstairs at the teahouse in Wyndham Arcade, food - using seasonal local produce. Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Teas with many vegan choices. Art - expect to be surprised with an array of artists, both local and from further afield.
