    As someone who did not have too many experiences with raw vegan food I was blown away! The food was intense in flavour and the atmosphere and presentation were at a really high level. I expected at least some compromise in taste but instead the chefs managed to surprise us again and again with innovative preparations of seasonal and down-to-earth ingredients.
