Inspired by the region's stunning plant-based ingredients, Plant Cafe is a collaboration between Chef Matthew Kenney and local partners. The café's modern design and clean aesthetic complements the nutritious, innovative cuisine. Dishes have included French toast, green smoothie bowls, a flora cheese board, raw cauliflower sushi, sunflower caesar salad, vegetable and mushroom burgers, sprouted chickpea dosa, tiramisu and coconut panna cotta.
